人力資源管理
人力資源管理專業培養在管理、經濟、法律等方面具有較寬知識面，具有較強的中外文語言與文字表達能力和較強的人際溝通、組織協調能力，了解國際、國內現代人力資源管理領域的較新成果，掌握現代人力資源管理基本理論與方法，熟練運用計算機技術和外語，能夠實施現代人力資源管理運作或能夠進一步展開研究的管理人才或教學科研人才。
此專業的畢業生可到各級各類企業，事業單位，社會中介組織的人事與教育培訓部門，綜合辦公部門，事物管理部門，機構編制部門以及黨、青組織；社會有關管理咨詢機構；有關中高等教育學位與科研機構等擇業。
